I found this site called www.thedailyplate.com and I'm going to start tracking everything I eat. But my goal is to lose 50 lbs before my trip to New York to visit some family this summer. Which I'm going June 21st, so my goal is to drop the 1st 50 lbs of weight I need to lose by June 21st. After that I need to work on another 50 lbs LOL but for now I need to lose this first 50 to get back to who I was after I had my son who is going to be 5 in July.
