Product Review - Fiber One 50 calorie yogurt & GIVEAWAY!!


I was sent this very nice gift pack from Yoplait through MyBlogSpark with a coupon to get a pack of free Fiber One Yogurt.
I choose to get the KeyLime Pie and I have to say for only 50 calories it was quite delish. I have been currently following a diet where I need to watch my calorie intake and this fit in perfect as something to snack on after my walk in the mornings. I will for sure be adding more to my fridge at work to grab after my walks.

I have always thought about the fact that when you eat a big meal in the evening it just sits on your stomach all night and you put on weight I thought that if you eat your big meal in the middle of the day and eat a very light meal at night like cereal you could lose weight. So I am trying that now to see if it works.

  3. The only thing I've managed is to gain too much weight over the years. I am trying to rectify that using Wii EA Active and Wii EA More Active. I am also eating better (low fat/low carb/high protein).
