As I mentioned the other day you want low to no sugar alternatives for your kids and yourself. The other day I talked about snacks that had no refined sugar. Today I would like to introduce you to a no sugar choice of drink that is quite tasty.

Hint Premium Essence Water every flavor offers a "HINT" of flavor so its not just plain water but it also achieves this without tasting overly sweet or watered down. I personally loved the Watermelon flavor. My boys were fighting over the Strawberry Kiwi lol.

It really is a nice alternative to soda, juice or powdered drinks. All of which have refined sugar or unhealthy sweetener alternatives.
