Customer Service Continued

Well finally on Tuesday Evening I get a reply to my many tickets. IGNs reason for putting a hold on my card and account. The ISP I was on did not match the address on my card. ::Scrunches face confused:: Ok so yes I was at work at the time which means I was in a different town but still that is a first for me to ever hear on any website. I mean that tells me I can only do transactions at home?? Come on now. Anyways I told them that I was at work and explained the difference of towns and I now have the game but gees. It took from Friday morning when I first did it till Tues afternoon to get a reply. Completely asinine.
