What Would You Do With $20,000 for Your Home? Well I don’t know about you but for me my main thing would be to get my kitchen more functional and to get rid of some of the smells in there from the previous owners. It doesn’t seem to matter how much I clean I still find areas that have left over scents, I also have 2 dogs and a cat which cause their own smells.
My kitchen right now has older style cabinets that are do not have shelves so everything stacks on the base of the cabinet up, this of course is only the cabinets down on the floor. Under the sink the water conditioner tank must have leaked at one time and the base of the cabinet is sunk in to the floor.
My transformed kitchen would have slide out shelves everywhere, plenty of space for everything. The area under the sink would be separated from my pots and pans.
A nice dishwasher that does not stink and runs quietly.
My neighborhood is fairly in the country, my house backs up to woods so I would most definitely have “Morning Meadow” going in my house, it would be so nice to have the house smell of the dew settled on the grass in the morning.
