Subway Points Update

This morning I finally had a response to the email I sent to corporate. All they are saying sorry but use them by your house. Well I'm sorry Subway but it is still a slap in the face.

" I'm sorry for the confusion regarding the "points" that you've collected at the Subway near your house in Winter Haven.

Every Subway location is a franchise and the stores in the Winter Haven area are not owned by DiPasqua Enterprises. DiPasqua owns 89 stores in the Orlando area and we are not doing the "points" program that the owner of the Winter Haven stores is running.

Not every Subway store participates in the same promotions or sales at the same time. Since the "points" you've accumulated were earned in the Winter Haven area, you will probably have to redeem them in the same area. You can call the store near your house and find out what other locations will redeem them for you. "

WTF Subway Points cards GRRRRR

I have a subway card that I got from a subway by my house, since subway started their $5 footlongs I've built up 82 points YEA so if anyone is familiar with their point system that equates to that I have spent $82 with them. Ok so I go to the subway by my job and get told they don't honor the points on cards just cash on the subway cards. WTF man. That was a total slap in the face. I left and didn't buy a sandwich there. Went down the road to a local convenience store and go a sandwich there instead.

Anyways really though WTH I'm told I'm earning points with each purchase, I go to the subway I've been saving points up to use them at and am told I can't use them. MAN

SO anyways i'm contacting corporate, something seems fishy.
